It's possible that we decide to make changes to items during production, or even not produce them at all. If the item is not produced or there are discrepancies between the items shown in the images on the website when the customer pre-orders and those that actually arrive in store, the customer will be contacted to obtain express approval for the changes and either proceed with shipping, cancel the order, and/or provide a refund.

Item Availability
Once an order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction, and verify the details of the customer's previous transactions. If the ordered items are unavailable, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the customer, the same department will promptly notify the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free, with no minimum order.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship the same day if you place your order before 2:00 PM, otherwise it will ship the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to track your package.

For shipments abroad, it will take 4 to 9 working days depending on the destination country.

What if I don't like my purchase?

You can return the item within 14 days of shipment by contacting us by email at commercialeimb@gmail.com , we will assist you during the return process.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Of course, you can send us a message at commercialeimb@gmail.com to request a size exchange. Size exchanges are not available for discounted items.

I don't have a card, can I still order?

Of course, you can use a prepaid card like Postepay, or choose to pay conveniently in cash on delivery.

How does payment in installments work?

By choosing Klarna as your payment method at checkout, you can buy now and pay later in 3 convenient interest-free installments.

Installments allow you to split the cost of your purchase into three equal payments. Payment for each installment will be automatically deducted from the debit or credit card entered at checkout.

Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
