State of the Order

You can check the progress of your orders directly online by accessing the reserved area and entering the ORDERS section.

We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already in stock cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Promotional Codes

Customers who subscribe to our newsletter will receive updates on promotions and promotional codes that can be entered in the cart during the checkout process. Each code has a start and end date, and this time limit cannot be extended under any circumstances. Promotional codes can be used in conjunction with coupons and vouchers issued if you have open credits.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free, with no minimum order.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship the same day if you place your order before 2:00 PM, otherwise it will ship the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to track your package.

For shipments abroad, it will take 4 to 9 working days depending on the destination country.

What if I don't like my purchase?

You can return the item within 14 days of shipment by contacting us by email at commercialeimb@gmail.com , we will assist you during the return process.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Of course, you can send us a message at commercialeimb@gmail.com to request a size exchange. Size exchanges are not available for discounted items.

I don't have a card, can I still order?

Of course, you can use a prepaid card like Postepay, or choose to pay conveniently in cash on delivery.

How does payment in installments work?

By choosing Klarna as your payment method at checkout, you can buy now and pay later in 3 convenient interest-free installments.

Installments allow you to split the cost of your purchase into three equal payments. Payment for each installment will be automatically deducted from the debit or credit card entered at checkout.

Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
