RETURNS AND REFUNDS


If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size exchange, The refund will be made within 15 days of purchase using the same payment method you used.

International Returns Instructions

Customers making purchases abroad have the right to return the goods within 15 days of receiving them, as required by European legislation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned intact, unused, and complete with all original packaging. Return Instructions in Italy
To request a return authorization, the Customer must activate the return procedure by sending a request to commercialeimb@gmail.com
The email must specify the codes of the items you wish to return and the desired compensation: size exchange, refund via the payment method used.

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a written confirmation email containing the return instructions and a label to print and attach to the package. The return must be made using the courier indicated in the email received. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the Returns Department.

The customer can choose 2 types of compensation:

Size change
Exchanges are only possible for a different size or color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the item for a different item.
Only one free exchange is allowed for each authorized return (FOR ITALY ONLY).

Refunds

If you did not qualify for free shipping at the time of purchase, the refund will only cover the value of the returned products, excluding the initial shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received, verified, and accepted within 15 days of receiving the goods.

Return shipping will be FREE (FOR ITALY ONLY) like the first order. In the event of a size exchange, shipping for the replacement item will be charged to the customer.

Terms and conditions

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order, and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or if the company makes shipping errors, please follow the instructions above. I'm Brian (Romi srl) reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to its premises.
Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the customer if the transparent hygiene label has been removed or if the garments show signs of wear.

I'm Brian (Romi srl) reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns shipped via couriers other than the one indicated in the return instructions email. Acceptance of such returns will incur a 10% charge on the value of the returned goods.
I'm Brian (Romi srl) will not accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address WITH A CHARGED FEE FOR THE NEXT SHIPPING.
